By accessing and using the Nail Time Flash online store, you agree to be bound by these general terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions, you should not use the website or place an order in the online store.
ITEMS & OFFERINGE
Nail Time Flash takes great care to accurately describe and present the products available on its website. All product descriptions and images are meant to provide the customer with a comprehensive understanding of the items offered. Despite these efforts, inaccuracies may still occur and Nail Time Flash is not held responsible for such errors. The company makes every effort to keep its website up-to-date, however, it may occasionally occur that a product becomes unavailable. In such cases, Nail Time Flash will promptly inform the customer. The company reserves the right to modify its offerings, remove items, or make items no longer available for purchase at any time and without prior notice.
ORDERS
In addition, Nail Time Flash may cancel an order if the item is out of stock or if there are other circumstances that prevent Nail Time Flash from fulfilling the order. If an order is cancelled, Nail Time Flash will inform the customer as soon as possible and will provide a full refund for any payments already made.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the billing and delivery details provided are accurate and complete. Nail Time Flash is not responsible for any costs or damages incurred as a result of incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
The customer is also responsible for ensuring that the items ordered can be legally imported into the country of delivery. Nail Time Flash is not responsible for any customs or import duties that may be levied on the item once it reaches the country of delivery.
Additionally, the email will also include information about the estimated delivery time, the payment method, and the total cost of the order, including shipping and handling fees, if any. It is the customer’s responsibility to review this information and contact Nail Time Flash if there are any discrepancies or inaccuracies. Failure to do so may result in delayed delivery or incorrect fulfillment of the order. Nail Time Flash is not responsible for any errors or omissions in the confirmation email and reserves the right to correct any such errors without any liability to the customer.
PRICE & PAYMENT
The prices on the website of Nail Time Flash are always indicated in euros (€) and include VAT. Nail Time Flash reserves the right to alter the prices listed on its website at any time. The prices listed at the time of an order being placed are the prices that will be honored for that order, subject to availability.
Although Nail Time Flash takes care to ensure the accuracy of its pricing information, errors may still occur. In the event that a price error is discovered, Nail Time Flashwill make every effort to promptly correct the error. However, Nail Time Flash is not bound by pricing errors that may occur.

International delivery (non-EU)
For orders outside of Europe, please send us a separate inquiry by email at nailtimeflash@gmail.com or reach out to us using the contact information listed on the website. This is because beauty products have varying restrictions in each country.
Nail Time Flash accepts payments made by bank transfer and ensures that all payment transactions are secure. To protect the customer's personal payment information, Nail Time Flash uses secure connections for all online transactions. The customer must guarantee that they have obtained the necessary authorization to use this payment method.
In the case of denied credit card payment authorization by approved organizations or failure to pay, Nail Time Flash has the right to cancel the order. If a customer has not paid or only partially paid for a previous order or if there is an ongoing payment dispute, Nail Time Flash reserves the right to decline the customer's order.
DELIVERY
Delivery will only occur once the payment has been confirmed by Nail Time Flash' bank. Nail Time Flash will strive to get the purchased items to the customer as quickly as feasible. The estimated delivery time is usually 10 business days after the payment has been received, but this may vary based on the location of the recipient.
Shipping of orders by Nail Time Flash may be postponed due to unforeseen circumstances. The delivery date provided should only be seen as an estimated time frame and does not give the customer any legal rights. Nail Time Flash will not be held accountable for any delays in shipping.
The delivery address should be the one provided by the customer to Nail Time Flash. It is the customer's responsibility to make sure the delivery address is accurate. Any extra expenses due to incorrect information given by the customer will be billed to the customer by Nail Time Flash.
RETENTION OF TITLE
Nail Time Flash will keep the sole ownership of all products it has supplied until the customer has paid in full all the amounts owed to Nail Time Flash for the delivery, which includes any lump sum compensation, interest for late payment, and any other associated costs. The customer is not allowed to alter or sell the goods while Nail Time Flash has ownership rights over them.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The information contained on this website, such as trademarks, logos, illustrations, dates, product or company names, texts, images, etc., are protected by intellectual property rights and belong either to Nail Time Flash or to third parties who have the right to use them.
EXCHANGE OR RETURN
Every customer who is a consumer has the right to exchange or return their order within 14 days, without having to provide any reason, starting from the day after the item has been delivered to them.
To exercise their right of withdrawal, the customer must inform Nail Time Flash in writing within this 14-day period. This can be done by completing and signing the return form that was included with the order, and then sending it to Nail Time Flash either by email (nailtimeflash@gmail.com) or by mail (Artuinon LTD, Pudika str. 4, LV-1006, Riga, Latvia).
If the customer chooses to return the item, they must return the item and all accessories in their original condition and packaging within the 14-day period. During this time, the customer must handle the item and its packaging with care.
Nail Time Flash reserves the right to refuse any revocation that does not comply with the rules and time frames outlined in this article, and will not be held responsible for any customer claims.
COSTS/REIMBURSEMENT IN CASE OF REVOCATION
The customer who exercises their right of withdrawal has the option to request a refund for the returned item at no additional cost. However, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.
Nail Time Flash will repay the amount as soon as possible, but only after the item has been returned, and the postage has been paid in full, and the item has been received in good condition.
If the item has been used, the packaging is damaged, or the item is not returned in its original packaging, the customer will not be eligible for a refund.
COMPLAINTS
Upon receiving the items, the customer is responsible for checking their condition and making sure they match the order.
Any complaints, clearly and completely described, must be sent to Nail Time Flash within seven days of the delivery of the items.
Filing a complaint does not absolve the customer of their obligation to make payments.
Nail Time Flash will examine and respond to the complaint within 14 days of receiving it. If it takes longer to investigate the complaint, Nail Time Flash will inform the customer account.
FORCE MAJEURE
If Nail Time Flash is unable to fulfill the order completely or partially due to circumstances beyond its control, this would be considered as force majeure.
In such cases, Nail Time Flashs would be relieved of its obligation, and the customer cannot claim compensation or reimbursement of any payments made.
Force majeure refers to events not caused by Nail Time Flash that make it impossible, difficult, delayed, or costly to fulfill its obligations. This includes, but is not limited to, fire, accidents, strikes, lockouts, exceptional traffic congestion, exceptional weather conditions such as storms, snow, or floods, import and export restrictions, increased taxes, fees, levies, duties, exchange rate fluctuations, inflation, pandemic, insurrection or war, errors or delays in price increases from suppliers, or other services. The non-attributable and unavoidable nature of these circumstances will always be presumed.
TAXES AND DUTIES
The customer is responsible for paying any extra taxes and duties. Nail Time Flash will not be held accountable for any additional fees charged by third-party entities.
INDEPENDENCE
If any part or parts of these general terms and conditions are deemed invalid, null, or unenforceable, it will not affect the validity or enforceability of the rest of the clauses or remaining portions. Nail Time Flash reserves the right to replace the invalid, null, or unenforceable provision with another valid provision that serves a similar purpose.
DATA PROCESSING
By making an order on the website, the customer gives their consent for Nail Time Flash to process their personal information for administrative purposes, like maintaining the customer database, keeping records of orders and deliveries, and preparing invoices. The customer has the right to access, modify, or remove their personal data at any time.

DISPUTES
All transactions, agreements and contracts between the customer and Nail Time Flash will be subject to Latvian law.
